Terms and conditions
All products are sold subject to the Terms and Conditions set out below
Prices
All prices shown are in British Pounds Sterling and include UK sales tax (VAT) at the current applicable rate.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the prices on our websites are accurate, prices may vary. This also applies to the rate of VAT. If the cost of your order differs from the prices quoted, we will contact you either by telephone or email.
All products on this website are sold under English law. All goods remain the property of Taylor Equestrian until paid for in full.
Purchases and Payments
Making a purchase is easy. Browse our products then add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for payment details to complete the order.
We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal.
All card payments will be processed when the order is placed.
When you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email that we have received your order.
Availability of goods
All orders are accepted subject to availability of goods. Whilst we endeavour to hold our full collection in stock, we cannot guarantee that goods will be available at all times. If an item is out of stock we will always contact you to give an indication of when it will be available.
Product descriptions
Every care has been taken to ensure descriptions, colours, prices and measurements are correct, but we reserve the right to effect changes which we may not always notify you of.
Specifications may change from time to time for reasons beyond our control. Should you be unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, it may be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund, provided that the goods are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original tags and packaging.
Sizing
Wherever possible all clothing and footwear are in standard UK sizes.
Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed, to arrive with UK customers within 2/3 working days. If under exceptional circumstances your goods are out of stock or will take more than the stipulated 2/3 working days , we will personally contact you to ensure you are kept up to date with your order's progress. Your card will not be charged for an item until it has been despatched.
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation e-mail, subsequently once the goods have been despatched an additional email will be sent along with your receipt.
Your receipt is sent electronically so if you choose to send goods direct to a loved one, the price will not be shown on any of the included documentation.
We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. A signature is required.
If there is usually no one at home during the day, you may wish to provide an alternative delivery address, such as your place of work, where you or your representative can accept and sign for the delivery.
Parcels that are returned to Taylor Equestrian where a signature could not be obtained and where the goods have not been collected from our courier’s local depot within five days will be subject to a £15.00 charge for the courier to return the goods to our warehouse. This charge will be made direct to your debit/credit card.

- Orders will be delivered within 14 working days
- UK offshore £20.00
Orders for delivery to the Scottish Islands & Isles of Scilly will take up to 14 working days
Southern Ireland & International
Please contact Taylor Equestrian with the delivery address and the details of your order and we will provide a cost and estimated delivery date.
Returns
You may return your goods to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or at our option, a refund, provided that the goods are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original tags and packaging. We cannot accept any items for return which have been soiled in any way.
Your refund will not include postage costs.
- Products that have been 'made to measure' or to a customer's specification are non returnable and non refundable, unless faulty.
- If your product has been ordered in especially for you it is not eligible for refund.
How to return or exchange goods
If you wish to return your purchase please email Taylor Equestrian in the first instance. The email address is taylorequestrian@hotmail.com.
Returned goods are posted at your own expense and we recommend that they are sent by recorded delivery. Proof of postage should be retained until you have received your replacement goods or refund.
Once we have received your returned goods your replacement goods will be despatched or your payment will be refunded by whichever method it was made, minus the postage costs. This may take up to 14 working days from receipt of your returned goods. Should the replacement goods be out of stock we will contact you with an anticipated delivery date.
Free delivery offers are subject to purchase, goods delivered under any such offer that are returned for a refund will incur a £5.00 charge to cover our carriage costs to you. Exchange postage will be charged at £5.00 for all orders, please either enclose this with your request or we will call you for payment. If a partial return is made for goods in an order that qualified for free postage, then the cost of £5.00 will be deducted from any refunds that reduce the value of the initial order to less than £75.00
Damaged goods
Goods damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture should be returned for our inspection. Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods. We will reimburse all your normal carriage costs. If you require help on any aspect of our returns policy please contact us via email. We will not charge you postage for sending the replacement items.
Security & privacy policy
Security
This website uses a 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to transfer information from your computer to us. Your personal information is transferred and stored in an encrypted form. The padlock symbol at the bottom of your web browser during the payment process shows that the data transfer is secure.
Your privacy
We do everything possible to ensure our customer's privacy is protected at all times and we are fully compliant with the Data Protection Act 1998.
You can access Taylor Equestrian website, browse its pages and add items to your shopping bag without disclosing any personal data.
When you are ready to complete your purchase and click on the 'Proceed to checkout' button, you will be asked to provide some information about yourself.
What personal information do we ask for?
When you purchase goods on the Taylor Equestrian website we will ask you to provide your name, address, day time and evening phone numbers and an email address (for order confirmation and correspondence).
You will also be asked for your debit/credit card details or PayPal details so your payment can be processed. All the information you provide will be transmitted to us over our secure network. We do not keep records of customers' credit card or bank details once the transaction has gone through. See Site security for more information.
How we use your personal information
We use the information that we collect about you for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. To enable us to do this we may disclose some of your personal information to reputable companies in order to fulfil your order or to process your data on our behalf.
If you have ticked the box requesting information about new products or special offers, you may also receive correspondence from us by post or email.
Who we disclose your personal information to?
We will not disclose your personal information to third parties for any purpose other than for the fulfilment of your order. We do not sell or rent mailing lists to third parties for marketing or any other purpose.
